No School? Let’s Play!
A day off school calls for a little extra fun!
Join Small Talk for a fun-filled pop-up packed with games, crafts, and hands-on activities, helping kiddos build play skills, practice social emotional regulation, and develop confidence interacting with peers!
A fun, play-based class designed to help little ones build early language, communication, and social skills—while giving parents practical strategies they can use at home every day!
Through songs, play, movement, and interactive activities, children will practice skills like joint attention, turn-taking, imitation, gestures, following directions, functional communication, vocabulary, and early two-word phrases. They’ll also have opportunities to practice greeting peers, playing alongside other children, waiting and sharing, and participating in simple group routines.
Parents will learn easy, natural ways to support their child’s communication during everyday play and routines, including modeling language, using self-talk and parallel talk, pausing to give their child opportunities to communicate, expanding on what their child says, and building language into everyday moments.
Come play, connect, and learn together while giving your little one a strong foundation for communication and social development.

Small Bites is a fun, play-based group designed to support children with picky eating, sensory aversions, and mealtime challenges while also building language and social communication skills.
Through low-pressure food exploration, children will have opportunities to look at, touch, smell, taste, and play with new foods—without the pressure to eat. Activities are designed to help children become more comfortable with different foods, textures, smells, and temperatures while creating a positive and enjoyable mealtime experience.
Children will practice describing foods, expanding their vocabulary, making requests, expressing preferences, and commenting during food exploration. Children will also practice participating in group routines and interacting with peers.
Small Bites is a great fit for children who are hesitant to try new foods, have a limited food repertoire, avoid certain textures or smells, have difficulty tolerating foods on their plate, or need support participating in mealtime routines.
No pressure to eat—just playful exploration, growing confidence, and lots of opportunities to communicate!
